We have today announced the sale of Northern Energy’s oil business (Northern Energy Oil Ltd.) to NWF Fuels.
We would like to reassure our oil customers that the sale will have no impact on the services you receive.
NWF Fuels will continue to run the business as it currently operates, with the same people – who are all transferring to NWF Fuels – providing the same service as they do today.
Contact details will remain the same, and the business will continue to operate under the Northern Energy brand in the medium term.
We wanted to take the opportunity to thank all our oil customers for your business over the years. We appreciate that you chose us as your supplier, and it has been our pleasure to serve you.
The new owners will of course keep you informed of any changes planned for the future.
NWF Fuels is a part of NWF Group plc, a well-established specialist distributor of liquid fuels, food, and animal feeds across the UK. In NWF Fuels we have found a buyer who understands the business, is committed to investing in its development, and shares our passion for excellent customer service.
We are confident that as part of NWF Fuels, Northern Energy Oil will continue to thrive. Its sale will enable us to invest 100 per cent of our energy and resources into building Northern Energy’s LPG business.
